As a fast-growing Construction Company in Rockland County NY who specializes in residential
remodeling and addition services we are seeking an individual who is dedicated, passionate and will help
bring the company to “the next level”. We pride ourselves in quality work, customer service and a

Some of the requirements you will need:
● 2 years management experience in the construction industry
● Excellent organizational, administrative, communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong Technical writing and analytical skills
● Ability to read and analyze construction drawings
● Ability to work with spreadsheets, estimating and management software (Such as Buildertrend)
Some of your responsibilities will include:
● Review architecture/designer prepared drawings for projects.
● Complete take-offs of prospective projects
● Complete estimates for Owner review using take-offs
● Complete selections for customers and able to walk customers through the process
● Coordinate building permit process, paperwork and project planning
● Schedule subcontractors and necessary inspections
● Order materials, supplies, and jobsite rentals
● Create and manage project schedules and order of operations
● Review subcontractor and vendor quotes, create RFP’s, and PO’s
● Effective written and oral communication with customers, vendors and subcontractors
● Be the point of contact between customers, subcontractors and office
● Stay on-top of project budget, project invoices and subcontractor bills
