– Serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, offering a warm and professional welcome.
– Respond to inquiries, provide information about the school’s programs and policies, and direct calls and visitors to the appropriate personnel.
– Assist in maintaining student records, including attendance.
– Coordinate the ordering of school supplies and ensure proper inventory management.
– Assist with various administrative tasks, such as preparing mailings, organizing supplies, and photocopying documents.
– Contribute to maintaining a supportive and organized school environment.
