Textile company seeking customer service & office manager.
Located in Newburgh, NY (30 min from Monroe, 45 min from Monsey)
– Answer phone calls and interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
– Onboard new customers and coordinate with finance team
– Maintain accurate records using CRM system
– Provide support & coordinate with sales & marketing team, including providing accurate data for reporting
– Manage office supplies and inventory
– Maintain accurate records using CRM system
– Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
– Maintain office cleanliness and organization
– Enter sales orders and liaise between customers, sales team, and production
– Maintain company website – monitoring issues and communicating with web developer to resolve
– Develop a detailed and intimate understanding of our product line
Hours: Mon-Thurs 9-5, Fri 9-12/1
Salary: $25-$30 DOE
