Large Kitchen manufacturing company looking for a production manager to oversee the production process. In this role the candidate will work alongside the assembly manager to help increase efficiency and productivity. Manager will also be responsible for leading a large team and making sure everything is running efficiently and deadlines are being met. Manager will help plan workers’ schedules, estimate costs and prepare budgets to ensure workflow meets required deadlines.
The candidate must be able to think under pressure, think out of the box to resolve issues, remain accessible to production crew and have a hands-on management style.
