If you are a detail-oriented, proactive problem solver with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, we invite you to join the Fabuwood team as a Buyer. You will play a pivotal role in our procurement process, managing the ordering and reordering of raw materials and components, including over 4000 unique items.



Key Responsibilities:



Oversee the ordering and reordering of a diverse inventory of over 4000 components.
Manage the day-to-day purchasing activities ensuring that all incoming items are tracked, including delivery dates, quantities, and SKUs.

Effectively process information from various sources, making informed decisions and adjustments based on availability, delays, and changing circumstances.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align purchasing activities with production needs and company objectives.

Proactively identify and address issues related to delayed deliveries or shortages, devising creative solutions to maintain production flow.

Adapt quickly to changing priorities and circumstances while maintaining a high level of efficiency.



Qualifications:



Ability to manage time-sensitive purchases and maintain detailed records
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational aptitude
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and creative approach to challenges
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Previous experience in a purchasing or procurement role is preferred
