A leading medical supplies company, headquartered in Brooklyn, is actively seeking a dynamic and energetic Marketing/Sales Representative to expand our client base and establish lasting relationships within the healthcare community. As a Marketing/Sales Representative, you will be responsible for finding new clients, promoting our services, and nurturing long-term partnerships.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients within the healthcare sector, showcasing our services and benefits to meet their needs effectively.
* Relationship Building: Cultivate strong and trusting relationships with healthcare professionals, institutions, and stakeholders through effective communication and rapport-building efforts.
* Account Management: Oversee client accounts, ensuring their needs are met, addressing concerns promptly, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
* Sales and Promotion: Actively promote our products and services, delivering compelling sales pitches, and utilizing persuasive techniques to secure new contracts and partnerships.
* Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends and market demands, providing valuable insights to enhance our marketing and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
* Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, demonstrating the ability to meet or exceed sales targets, ideally within the healthcare or related industry.
* Account Management: Experience in managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships.
* Healthcare Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with the healthcare sector or previous experience in medical sales, including understanding of medical products and services, is highly desirable.
* Energetic and Personable: Outgoing and energetic personality with excellent interpersonal skills, making it easy to connect with people and establish rapport.
* Self-Motivated: Driven, self-starter with the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales goals.
* Valid Driver’s License: Must possess a valid driver’s license and own a car, as this position involves fieldwork within the city.
*Note: Entry-level candidates welcome! Sales or healthcare experience preferred, but not required. Competitive compensation based on qualifications. (Entry level pay would start at $50K-$65K)*
