Our client, a therapy services company, is seeking an experienced and innovative Director of Operations to oversee, manage, and streamline their startup business’s administrative structure, operation’s regulations, procedures, and processes in order to maximize efficiency within the organization.

Provide a full cycle of operational planning, management, and direction for the organization by engaging and monitoring operations, processes, and structures of the company to ensure business goals and objectives are met
Oversee the day-to-day activities of the company, ensuring that the organization is managed and performing efficiently and effectively
Set comprehensive performance and growth goals for all operational departments, including quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards for assessing the company’s efficiency and effectiveness
· Communicates and collaborates with the CEO, explaining new directives, policies, or procedures for significant developments that will help the company improve and achieve its objectives
· Review, analyze, and evaluate business procedures to identify opportunities for improvement and establish new policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations
Leads coordination and integration of efforts among operations, engineering, technology, and customer service divisions to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes
3+ years of experience as Director of Operations or any similar managerial role
Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, marketing, production, and employee management
Plan and manage new operational processes to develop innovative solutions for increased productivity and maximum efficiency to support rapidly shifting business demands
Ability to streamline and implement new structures, roles, and policies while adhering to industry regulations and legislative guidelines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics using business management software (e.g., SAP, ERP, CRM)
· Ability to implement new roles and structures that improve productivity, efficiency, and speed to accommodate rapidly changing business demands within the scope of responsibility.
