A family-owned and operated manufacturing business is looking for a part-time executive and administrative assistant. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing office organization (managing inventory in a storage room), booking travel, ordering supplies, planning employee wellness events, and other related tasks. The company observes Jewish holidays (and is closed for yom tov).

– Fluent English speaker and writer
– Ability to work in the office in Jersey City two days/ week (with flexibility to add more days down the line)
– Relevant legal U.S. work permits
– Prior administrative/ assistant experience preferred but not required
