We are currently seeking a highly qualified Director of Purchasing to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience with both domestic and international vendors and have a proven track record of managing large volume transactions.



As the Director of Purchasing, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of goods and services needed for our organization. You will be required to establish and maintain strong relationships with our vendors while ensuring we receive quality products at competitive prices.



Additionally, you should have excellent leadership skills to manage a team of purchasing professionals and guide them towards achieving the organization’s goals. You should possess excellent project management skills, problem-solving skills with the ability to identify potential risks and develop effective solutions.



Familiarity with forecasting software and inventory management is highly desirable. You should have a deep understanding of the purchasing process and supply chain management, excellent negotiation skills, and be able to develop and implement purchasing strategies that drive success.
