Our client, a manufacturing company, is seeking a Director of Sales to manage and implement an innovative B2B marketing-sales strategy as well as lead the company’s sales and account management staff.
The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the manufacturing industry with a strong understanding of the B2B marketing to design and execute integrated marketing strategies that build positive brand experiences and generate demand for the clients.
Develop and identify new strategies and capabilities to drive more efficiency and scale across the landscape of a B2B industry
Design, plan and integrate the execution of a key B2B marketing-led strategies to increase lead conversion, create demand creation, lead profiling, and improve existing client engagement
Lead a team of sales and account managers in the execution of multi-channel integrated campaigns to increase client acquisition, conversion, and retention
Gathering and analyzing insights and data to determine the most valuable opportunities to improve sales strategies, promotions and/or campaign performance
Build and develop a trustworthy relationship with clients and business partners, acting as a strategic adviser to assist them in determining how to expand businesses through marketing channels and experiences
Playing an integral role in the B2B marketing team, managing sideways and upward to ensure the vision is communicated clearly and successfully
3+ years or extensive experience in B2B Marketing as Sales Director preferably in a manufacturing industry
Expertise in lead and demand generation, B2B and account-based marketing, brand management, new product launches, and campaign management are required
Ability to precisely and proficiently conduct business and data analyses with data driven recommendations to come up with effective B2B sales strategies
Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-pace and can perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident and with executive presence
Must have strong leadership skill, people management, and managerial skills to lead a talented sales teams to achieve objectives, KPI and goals.
