We are seeking an experienced customer service manager. Responsibilities include:
– Implementing and enforcing policies and procedures
– Assigning duties and responsibilities and providing guidance and support
– Monitoring employee activity
– Conflict resolution including processing and solving escalated client complaints and difficult situations
– Maintaining a productive and cohesive customer service department with a smooth daily workflow
– Working closely with and supporting the sales team
Requirements:
5 years of related work experience
