Job description
Must be willing to commute at least one hour
Must be onsite 8am-5pm daily
Must be on time every day- crucial
Must have at least 2-3 years of construction experience in the capacity of a foreman/super, preferably in a commercial environment such as retail stores, apartment buildings or a healthcare facility
Must be comfortable running a jobsite and overseeing all trades- which include:
* hvac
* plumbing
* roofing
* electrical
* scheduling subs
* dealing with local inspections and CO
* material order and inventory
