Our objective is to provide a platform for companies to “Rethink” their staffing requirements and assist them in enhancing productivity and growth opportunities, especially in the e-commerce sector.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to launch our staffing agency team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets in the dynamic field of staffing and recruitment. You will not be required to handle the recruitment or integration of staff.
You would have the following qualifications:
– Proven experience in sales, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
– Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
– Knowledge of staffing and recruitment practices is a plus.
