AP Rep

A consumer goods Manufacturer is seeking a capable Accounts Payable Representative.
This position completes processing and administration of all AP accounts, monitors account activity, ensure informational accuracy, and distributes timely payments.

Responsibilities:

Monitor account activity.
Ensure informational accuracy.
Complete accurate account processing and administration.
Maintain proper informational flow.
Identify and correct all errors, problems and issues.
Maintain good working relationships with vendors.
Ensure all time-sensitive matters are resolved satisfactorily.
Generate reports and maintain files.
Confirm timely payment of all accounts.
Requirements:

Previous work experience in Accounts Payable or related field.
Basic knowledge of accounting /bookkeeping procedures.
Highly organized and efficient.
Effective communication skills, verbal and written.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Great attention to detail.
Computer proficient, knowledge of Microsoft office suite and QuickBooks.
