Our client, a manufacturing company, is looking for a reliable Account Manager to work closely with the sales team in processing customer’s orders and recording specific information.
The ideal candidate will be the point of contact with customers and be responsible for taking care of incoming orders including the process of shipping status, recording billing information, and submitting the necessary details to the database for order fulfillment.
Take charge of taking orders from customers and encoding item quantities, shipping and billing information, payment type, order status, etc.
Review orders, input them into the shipment system and process the orders to ensure the shipment is fulfilled properly and delivered on time
Coordinate with the delivery team for pick-up and delivery status, monitor delivery dates, keep track of inventory levels, and order more supplies when necessary
Communicate daily with the sales team to update them on the status of client orders and ensure confirmation of orders
Reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners, and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts
Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, and relevant problems as needed
2+ years of proven work experience as an Account Manager or similar role
In-depth understanding of account management principles and customer service practices to ensure excellent customer experience and customer satisfaction
Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and a strong commitment to personal and organizational accountability
Demonstrable customer focus skills to provide satisfaction for both internal and external customers and create partner relationships
Ability to communicate, deal and answer clients concerns with professionalism and in both written and verbal English communication.
