Growing Home Care company located in Rockland County, NY is looking to hire a full-time Retention Coordinator for this fast-paced department. Qualified candidates will be energetic, patient and attentive to the needs of our clients and retain clients with the organization.

Job Description:

Assist patients with the steps needed to get reenroll for services
Keep track of all statuses to keep cases moving.
Follow up with patients admitted to skilled nursing facilities
Communicate with patients while were unbale to services
Speak with insurance, social workers and other care providers
Coordinate care between patients and caregivers
Address patient issues and concerns
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour
