Our client, a business consulting firm, is looking to hire a Project Manager to coordinate with clients, consultants, and executives in managing new project accounts from contract setup to successful completion.
The right candidate must be detail-oriented, with strong communication skills, and be able to work autonomously as responsibility requires managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Provide informed decisions throughout a project’s lifecycle, from planning to successful execution, including completing projects on time, within budget, and with the resources allotted
Provide coordination and communication among clients, internal and external stakeholders, and executives with regards to project planning and execution
Organizing, delegating tasks, and leading the project management team and providing regular guidance to team members
Undertaking periodic reviews to make sure that projects are on track and ensuring the scope and schedule of projects are achievable within the given time and budget
Provide consultation and solve project-related difficulties within the project management team, clients, and other involved parties
Managing and implementing a solid project management strategy for task interdependence to manage project risks, contingency, and mitigation plans
3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role, preferably in the same industry
Ability to provide strategic direction including resource management, financial management, client development, and business growth strategy
Hands-on experience with project management tools and proven ability to handle demanding workloads, manage multiple projects at once, and deliver on schedule
Excellent client-facing skills is expected to establish rapport and long-term connections with a portfolio of clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high level of organization, proactive problem-solver, and ability to navigate complex processes and systems.
