•Conduct market research to find answers about tenant requirements, habits and trends
•Develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
•Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
•Overseeing the creation and maintenance of social media content
•Maintaining the online presence and reputation of the company
•Maintain digital apartment listings for properties
•Tracking marketing performance
•Creating and updating marketing reports
•Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
•Create and distribute print marketing materials such as brochures, business cards, and maintenance tags
•Design and create graphics for print materials and employee apparel

Required Skills/Experience:

•Strong computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords, etc.)

•BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent, preferred
•Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role

•Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
