Hamaspik HomeCare is seeking a Yiddish speaking Facilities Manager to join our team in the Spring valley location. This position is responsible for the oversight of maintenance, supplies purchasing and administrative projects. This position will involve driving and candidates must have a driver’s license.
Manage Facilities in 7 Locations (Spring Valley, Brooklyn, Williamsburg, Bronx, Queens, Monroe, New Windsor). The company will provide a company car for travel between offices. Travel to Brooklyn office once a week and other offices bi-weekly.
Make sure everything is working in all offices, conduct repairs and/or arrange repairs.
Respond to work tickets (we have a ticketing system for maintenance issues)
Order and organize supplies and manage supplies inventory
Manage the cleaning crews at each office
Manage the car fleet (3 cars)
Arrange Workstations for new hires
Basic IT responsibilities
Pick up checks bi-weekly and organize mailing of checks.
Various pickups and deliveries as needed
Driving jobs as needed
Move furniture when needed
Manage construction for offices
65k-70k annual
