Director of Outside Sales
Looking for a Director of Outside Sale to for overseeing and managing five current sales managers and their teams while also establishing four new teams with their respective sales managers.
Roles and responsibilities:
Designing and successfully implementing effective strategies to achieve sales targets.
Conducting supply and demand research.
Modifying sales programs based on competitor standards.
Preparing detailed sales forecasts and reports and ensuring accuracy before submission
Keeping C.S.O. and management teams apprised of the progress of set targets and company performance.
Inspire and motivate their sales managers so that they make the team members feel driven to achieve sales targets.
Set new targets for the business and design innovative and effective strategies to achieve those targets. Follow up by making appropriate adjustments to sales plans and other business processes according to the performance of the business.
Get the sales managers to implement the Strategies in their teams.
Creating a culture of proactive selling
Listen to feedback from the sales team.
Teach the sales managers how to teach their salespeople to think outside the box, creative problem solving, how to go about a sale, and how to go about coaching a customer.
Hire and Train additional sales managers.

Business development skills- the ability to consistently monitor and evaluate the current business processes of a company.
Ability to identify growth opportunities.
Minimum several years’ experience building and managing a sales team.
