Customer Service (Entry Level)
Summary:
Party rental company seeks a customer service agent to take orders and ensure they are fulfilled accurately. Work responsibilities include managing all orders and delivery management, customer service, and managing all warehouse employees.
Responsibilities:
• Receive orders from customers and enter them into the system.
• Ensure all orders are fulfilled promptly and correctly, including managing last-minute changes.
• Manage customers with courtesy and professionalism.
• Collect outstanding balances.
• Help assemble orders with an eye for color and style (will train).
Qualifications:
• Attention to detail.
• Diplomacy and professionalism when dealing with customers.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility to the customer to ensure satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in a rental or party planning company is helpful.
Hours: Sun-Thurs 8 am to 5 pm
