Director Of Operations
Seeking a Director Of Operations to oversee the operations of a mid size company in the construction industry.
This is an office position and the right candidate must have outstanding interpersonal skills as well as operational skills. Construction experience as a project manager etc a big plus.
Devise policies and methods to maximize efficiency and productivity in the field.
Manage and coach team members to strive for excellence in customer satisfaction
Recruit, hire, onboard train and develop team members as needed
Lead weekly team operational update meetings
Oversee account development, building and maintaining relationships with key client stakeholders
Assist clients with questions regarding job specs, schedule, billing etc.
Understand requirements of client scope of work, creating cleaning plan and deploying teams to deliver services accordingly
Create and oversee job budgets
