LQUIFY LLC is seeking a full time Real Estate Analyst to join our established team in our Cedarhurst, NY office. We are looking to fill a hybrid position of remote/in-office. This position is primarily responsible for supporting the team with financial analysis, marketing deck and report preparation, closing commercial real estate financings, and ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Acquisitions/Financing/Operations, Investment Sales or applicable fields
Underwriting experience in CRE
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
Strong desire to develop investment acumen
Competency in financial statement analysis, valuation, accounting and finance
Competency in marketing and outreach design
Ability to multi-task with good time management to meet multiple deadlines
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Responsibilities
This position is primarily responsible for supporting the team with financial analysis, marketing deck and report preparation, closing commercial real estate financings, and ad-hoc projects
Underwrite – Collect “raw materials” provided by sponsors and convert into excel presentations for lenders
Market Information – Collect market data
Packaging – Work with senior team members on preparing Investment Summaries Presentations for Debt or Equity Providers
Meetings – Participate in meetings and take notes for team
Organization – Set up data in Dropbox for active deals including data, notes, draft economics, and investment summaries
Processing – Work with senior team members on monitoring lender due diligence checklists, documentation, property inspections, coordination with 3rd party vendors
