We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced In-house Recruiter with HR responsibilities to lead our recruitment efforts as we bring our recruiting in-house.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent for our service industry while also handling some HR responsibilities, such as onboarding and employee relations.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for the organization.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans to meet those needs.
Create and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms to attract potential candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
Manage job offers, salary negotiations, and new hire paperwork.
Work with HR to ensure all pre-employment checks and background screenings are completed accurately and on time.
Manage employee relations issues, such as grievances and conflicts, and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
Experience in recruitment, preferably entry and mid level.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, including onboarding and employee relations.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
