Position Summary

The Data Management& Analyst Manager is responsible for the administration of the donor database, providing data support to the development team, regional offices, marketing department, and the Office of the CEO. This position will lead a team of approximately 10, as the organization transitions databases from Admire to Salesforce. This role includes maintaining data quality and integrity, implementing best practices, business rules, and protocols, supporting the staff in developing lists and reports, and maximizing the utilization of the database. The Database Manager will be responsible for advanced tasks, including data transfer between software systems, importing/exporting data, global actions, and gift entry. Oversee the Data Management team, ensuring quality and timelines are met. Additionally, the Database Manager will assist in developing and administering specific fundraising campaigns.
