A Lakewood, NJ property management company is hiring a controller to manage their accounting team. Job involves managing the entire accounting team including AR, AP, cash flows, check runs, bank recs, and ensuring that the financial reports are completed in a timely fashion. Looking for an accountant who is a team player with at least 3 years of prior controller experience managing an accounting team in the property management multi-family industry. CPA is not required. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.

Hours: Mon-Thurs, 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm.
