A Lakewood construction company is hiring a project manager. Job includes communicating with clients and vendors, assisting in the permit process, giving estimates, ordering supplies and materials and ensuring that projects get completed in a timely manner. Looking for someone computer savvy, detail oriented, organized and proactive with at least 6 months of prior office experience. A background in construction is a plus. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Hours: Mon-Thurs, 9 am-3 pm, 9 am-3:30 pm, 9 am-4 pm or 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm.
