A Lakewood asset management company is hiring an asset manager to oversee the renovation on multiple properties. Job includes reaching out to vendors and following up with contractors to make sure the construction process is moving along. Looking for someone with at least 3 years of prior asset management experience. Job involves travel once/month out of state. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours. Hours: Mon-Thurs, 9 am-6 pm and Fri, 10 am-12/1 pm.
