Recruiting Coordinator
Reports To: Director of Talent Acquisition
Location: 5Towns/NYC
Summary:
The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team in the full-cycle recruiting process, from job posting to candidate onboarding. This includes posting job ads, pre-screening candidates, making initial interview calls, arranging interviews for hiring managers, and tracking and reporting progress.
Responsibilities:
Post job ads on various job boards and social media platforms
Pre-screen candidates by reviewing resumes and cover letters
Make initial interview calls to candidates
Arrange interviews for hiring managers
Conduct full in-person interviews at our NYC office 1-2 days a week.
Track and report on the recruiting process
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary based on experience
