A successful Kitchen & Cabinet design company is looking to hire an enthusiastic and self motivated Office/Showroom Coordinator!
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, customer service oriented and has a strong work ethic. This is a great opportunity for long term employment and growth potential. If you are detail oriented with a knack for architectural design then this position may be for you!
Responsibilities:
-Managing the back office administrative tasks.
-Answering customer calls, providing them with the information requested.
-Organizing and cleaning Showroom as needed.
-Assist the office manager with additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
-Previous experience in an office administrative role.
-Great interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Highly detail oriented.
-Sunday availability a must.
-Previous Customer Service experience preferred.
-Architectural/Interior Design experience a major plus!
Salary: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
