HR Talent Specialist
Responsible for screening all candidates approved by Insignia PA to present to prospective clients. The Recruiting Manager evaluates candidates based on their skill set, prior work experience, and any other qualifications requested by our clients. The US Recruiting Manager will be responsible to collaborate with the PA Recruiting team to ensure there is always an expansive candidate pool available to distribute to help fill our clients’ staffing needs.

• Review job descriptions with PA Recruiting team in Panama so the team is aware of all open positions and can source accordingly.

• Create brief social media job postings for each open position. Share job posting on LinkedIn. Ensure PA Recruiting team shares job posting on Instagram.

Location: Hybrid (NY/Remote)

Salary: 55k-75k
