Our client, a service company is looking for someone to work with the department heads across the agency to analyze business areas that can be improved to increase efficiency, automate and streamline business process.

This individual will work closely with all leaders to understand their team needs, come up with creative solutions and communicate these changes to the software team.

– Identifying the prioritize the organization’s functional and technical needs and requirements
– Understand business strategies, goals and requirements
– Forecasting, budgeting, and performing financial analysis
– Functioning as the main point of contact for all development new requests
– Ensuring all project expectations are fulfilled to ensure maximum satisfaction

Past experience working in a software development team is a requirement.

Location: Brooklyn, NY or remote with travel to Brooklyn 1-2 times a week.
