Our client, a tech service provider, is seeking a UX Designer to lead and collaborate with their tech team in designing user experiences for internal and client-facing tech applications, software, and websites.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and visualizing the ideal user experience design based on in-depth user needs research, as well as users’ technical and practical requirements, in order to produce a unified design across the application, software, and/or websites.
As a UX Designer, you must have a solid understanding of graphic design, web and software technologies.
-Conceptualize content, controls, visual design and development, information architecture etc. of new applications software, and/or websites
-Utilize insights from user research, interface, and workflow analysis to create engaging, client-facing, and satisfying user experiences of applications, software, and websites
-Provide user design experience services in accordance with the company’s business requirements, the standards for design experience solutions, and the design system
-Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs, product specifications, and user psychology
-Work and collaborate with other UI/UX designers to put creative designs into planning and implementation, and communicate design concepts and prototypes to developers
-Implement extensive research, designing, and implementing all user experiences when interacting with a digital product or tool
-2+ years of proven experience as a UX Designer, Web Designer, or similar role
-Strong portfolio of UX design projects with a background in project management and research
-Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Figma, UXPin, Adobe XD, etc.
-Self-directed but also collaborative, possess superb communication, time-management, and process-management skills
-Must know how to leverage their understanding of users’ emotional and functional needs to create an excellent user experience
-Demonstrate strong problem-solving, organizational, creativity, and attention to detail abilities are required
