Y&S Technologies, Inc. is looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Manager to drive acquisition in a fast-paced sales environment. This role requires deep sales acumen with a strong ability to coach and mentor a team to achieve goals.
The Sales Manager will report directly to the Vice President and will be responsible for overseeing, scaling and continuously improving the sales team and sales process at Y&S Technologies, Inc. The Manager will play a crucial role for Y&S Tech by leading a team to upsell into the existing client base and acquire new clients. This position requires previous sales experience, superior communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.

-Growing, managing and scaling a sales team
-Moving existing clients up the value chain by cross selling and upselling solutions into the current client base.
-Monitor the pipeline of new accounts by reviewing government feeds.
-Develop and execute strategic plans alongside the VP, to achieve sales targets
-Manage tradeshow and conference follow up.
-Proactively maintain broad-based knowledge of emerging market opportunities, industry-specific trends and landscapes.
-Motivate the team to create and deliver compelling, customized sales pitches that address our clients’ core business issues.
-Create and communicate sales goals together with the VP, and monitor milestone KPIs to ground results.
-Provide accurate reporting and statistics on the sales metrics to demonstrate sales status on an ongoing basis.
-Provide feedback to existing team members to consistently improve and develop in their roles
-Be a hands-on leader by listening to calls, monitoring communications and conducting reviews to provide timely and constructive feedback.

-Bachelor’s degree in business or other related field preferred
-At least 4 years of experience in a sales, account management, partnerships, or business development role.
-At least 2 years of experience in a sales team management role, leading a team of reps in a collaborative effort to further company sales.
-QuickBooks or other similar CRM proficiency
-Ability to think analytically, navigate complex and lengthy sales cycles, and create own pipeline & roadmap to convert prospects to clients.
-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are required. Superior verbal and written presentation and communication skills.
-Self-motivation and professional discipline with excellent follow-through.
-Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding both individual and team sales goals
Y&S Technologies intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range: $100-150,000, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, and location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
