Sales Leader

150k plus commission
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team in the role of Sales Leader.
The right candidate should have:
Construction and/or hospitality knowledge
Sales experience
Leadership skills
This role will initially involve a 6-month discovery phase, during which the individual will focus on gaining a comprehensive understanding of our industry, establishing strong connections with our existing clients and customers, and nurturing relationships to enhance our sales initiatives.
Following a successful discovery phase, the individual will transition into the leadership role of Vice President of Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct an in-depth analysis of our industry and market trends.
• Establish and foster strong relationships with our current client base.
• Identify opportunities for sales growth and development within the existing customer network.
• Provide regular progress reports and updates on the activities and outcomes achieved during the discovery phase.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales and relationship management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A deep understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
• Proficiency in market analysis and customer relationship management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
