We are looking for a residents manager to join our team and manage all aspects of support for individuals with developmental disabilities ensuring residents’ living standards through effective communication, maintenance coordination, and operational oversight.
Job Responsibilities include:
· Train and oversee all residence staff
· Respond to crisis situations and medical emergencies
· Write monthly note summaries for each individual in the program at the conclusion of
each month
· Develop residence facility rules and procedures and ensure compliance by all staff
· Ensure residence facility is kept clean, neat, healthy, and safe
· Work with appropriate clinical or program staff and community agency staff to provide services to individuals with developmental disabilities
