SALARY 80K
Responsibilities:
● Manages the marketing team, including overseeing the marketing project manager, assigning tasks to team members, hiring freelancers and marketing professionals when needed etc.
● Sets up new systems, processes, and workflows to accommodate new projects or to streamline existing ones. (Response to initial inquiry, due dates, revisions etc.)
● Oversees all technical aspects of the marketing department to ensure that each detail is attended to on the highest standard.
● Takes responsibility for all marketing finances and data, including organizing and submitting invoices, recording data, and creating budgets for each project.
● Communicates with our “clients” (directors), so that every person reaching out feels understood, knows what to expect, and is thrilled with the end-product.
