Public accounting firm is seeking an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing and enhancing the efficiency of our operations. This role involves managing the hiring process, ensuring timely timesheet submissions, maintaining computer-savvy systems, handling billing procedures, and streamlining daily operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to maintaining order and efficiency.
Play a key role in the hiring process, collaborating with HR to identify suitable candidates, conduct interviews, and onboard new staff.
Maintain and optimize computer systems used for various operational functions.
Collaborate with the IT department to address technical concerns.
Manage billing procedures, ensuring that invoices are accurate and sent on time.
Ensure that staff submit timesheets promptly and in an organized manner.
Oversee time and attendance tracking systems and troubleshoot any related issues.
Streamlining Day-to-Day Operations:
Identify opportunities to streamline daily operations & enhance efficiency.
Implement best practices to improve overall operational performance.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with staff and clients.

Proven experience in operations management, with a preference for candidates with a strong track record.
