The ideal candidate will have a background in the education field, bringing valuable insight and expertise to the administrative operations of the firm and will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in office operations, overseeing the organizing and maintaining of electronic and physical files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection laws, facilitating communication and collaboration among team members and ensuring the large office is always well stocked and clean.
