Our client, a marketing consulting company, is seeking a reliable and competent Marketing Project Manager to be responsible for planning and overseeing the implementation of the various marketing project of the company.
The ideal candidate must be a detail-driven individual with excellent collaboration, leadership, and managerial skills to provide, deliver and transform a project framework into a successful marketing program.
Provide, manage, and control the predefined project framework, timeline, and project plan among team members to assure efficiency in the delivery and onboarding of project works
Organize a team effort and creative ideas between graphic designers, copywriters, content writers, market researchers, strategists, etc.
Implement project task management that involves tracking and reporting on project progress, creating new tasks as needed, and identifying and strategically assigning project tasks to relevant marketing team members
Monitor project status during execution, provide status updates and reports to senior stakeholders and discuss project progress with the whole team
Ensure project timelines are followed and it meets the highest attainable quality result, standards, and feasibility
Provide continuous improvement on the project, and derive insights from existing marketing projects to develop a better project structure in the future
3+ years of work experience as a Marketing Project Manager with expertise in managing various projects, practices, and methodologies
Must have excellent project management and strong leadership skills, technical and soft skills, and an excellent understanding of project management principles, ethics, and best practices
Demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills to manage and handle different project team members such as marketing designers, graphic designers, copywriters, content writers, market researchers, strategists, etc.
Hands-on experience in using various marketing management software, platforms, and tools to integrate the required project workflows and ensure every team member is on the same page
Exhibit a thorough understanding of marketing elements (traditional and digital marketing) market research methods and graphic designing skills.
