Our client, a tech service-based company, is seeking a Junior All-in-One IT Professional to join their team and be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support across the company.
The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of IT administration and be able to work independently to ensure the smooth operation of the company’s systems.
-Monitor and maintain IT systems, including servers, workstations, routers, switches, and other network devices to ensure optimal performance and availability
-Monitor and manage Windows Server
-Assist with backup and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability
-Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware issues, resolving network problems, and assisting with system configurations
-Collaborate with the senior IT professionals and development team to find and improve overall system health by performing routine tasks such as backups and restores, reviewing IT policies, procedures, and security measures
-Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and changes to facilitate knowledge sharing and troubleshooting.
-Adhere to company policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure IT operations are compliant with regulatory requirements and industry standards
-2+ years of proven experience as a reliable IT professional preferably in a tech service-based company
-Demonstrate expertise in using multiple operating systems, networking technologies, and protocols including (Firewalls, Switches, APs, Networking, DHCP, Vlan, Router, Server, Active Directory, VMware and VPN Solutions)
-Knowledge of setting up, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and ability to diagnose and resolve a wide variety of complex computer-related problems in Windows OS and Mac OS environments with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
-Demonstrable understanding of PC hardware, printers, software, peripherals, and networking concepts and components
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
-Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues at all levels
-Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic IT environment
