Reputable healthcare company seeking an empathetic and skilled HR Manager to join our dedicated team.
As an HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in a supportive and inclusive work environment. Your focus will revolve employee evaluations, compensation, conflict resolution, and bonus assignments for our internal staff of 200 employees.
The HR manager will be overseeing a very small talent acquisition team
Talent Acquisition: Oversee the talent acquisition process, working closely with our talent acquisition person to identify and attract top-notch candidates to join our growing team.
Employee Relations: Cultivate a warm and nurturing work environment, being approachable and supportive to employees’ needs and concerns.
Performance Evaluation: Develop and implement performance evaluation systems to assess employees’ growth and contributions, providing constructive feedback and recognition.
Compensation Management: Ensure fair and competitive compensation packages, including salary adjustments, promotions, and bonuses, based on employees’ performance and contributions.
Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator when conflicts arise, providing guidance and solutions to foster a harmonious work environment.
Training and Development: Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and organize professional development opportunities to enhance employees’ skills and knowledge.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist in the healthcare industry or a similar field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish positive relationships with employees at all levels.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to create a harmonious work environment.
