Qualifications:
-3+ years of proven experience as an HR Director or in a senior HR leadership role within the financial services industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
-Proven track record as an HR Director or in senior HR leadership roles within the financial services industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
-Comprehensive understanding of HR principles, regulations, and best practices, covering talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and HR policy development.
-Strong abilities in crafting compelling job descriptions, conducting effective interviews, and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
-Exceptional leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and empower the HR team and drive positive organizational change.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees, management, and stakeholders effectively.
