Our client, a construction company, is looking for an experienced and proficient Bookkeeper to manage the preparation of the business financial data such as accounts payable and receivable, business yearly financial, and tax reports.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience in handling a company’s finances in order, knowledgeable with accounting analysis, principles, and accounting software systems.
Manage the preparation of the financial data and overseeing accounts payable and receivable, processing reports, reconciliation, transitions, and other tasks related to finance
Provide general bookkeeping of financial status information of the company and develop daily and monthly financial and statistical reports for management
Provide financial analysis on all data, including expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts, and the company’s numerous different financial dealings
Verify the accuracy of all transactions and ensure they are entered and documented correctly on financial transactions
Establish and maintain the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures
Analyze remuneration and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels and as well as expenditure control as required
2+ years of general bookkeeper experience
Knowledgeable with accounting software knowledge, such as QuickBooks, and Spreadsheets, is required for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis
Ability to perform bookkeeping tasks such as recording, sorting, and summarizing company data in the manner prescribed by the company
Expertise in financial management, accounting principles, accounting fundamentals application, and collection regulations is required to ensure efficient and effective finance operations.
Outstanding mathematical and analytical skills, strong knowledge of bookkeeping and corporate legal/statutory requirements, and experience in external or internal auditing
Demonstrate compliance with regulatory guidance and understanding of the importance and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information of the organization.
