Case management company is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Executive Director to lead and oversee the operations of their mental health case management program.
As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for managing the overall program, ensuring its effectiveness, and driving its growth and success.
Responsibilities:
Program Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the mental health case management program, setting goals and objectives aligned with the company’s mission and vision.
Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of program operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, staffing, and performance management, to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
Program Development: Continuously assess and enhance the program to meet the evolving needs of clients and stakeholders, staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in mental health case management.
Staff Supervision: Provide leadership and guidance to program staff, ensuring a supportive and inclusive work environment, and fostering professional growth and development.
Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of service delivery, compliance with relevant regulations, and adherence to best practices in case management.
Reporting and Evaluation: Prepare regular reports on program activities, outcomes, and performance indicators for management, funders, and other relevant stakeholders.
Compliance and Legal Requirements: Ensure program compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements, working closely with legal and regulatory authorities as needed.
Professional Development: Stay informed about advancements in mental health case management, maintain professional certifications and licenses, and actively participate in relevant professional networks and conferences.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge and understanding of mental health case management principles, practices, and regulations.
Preferably hold a valid social work license or a relevant professional license.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other relevant stakeholders.
Sound understanding of quality assurance and compliance requirements in case management.
Experience in grant writing, fundraising, and grant management is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
