Director Title 1
A Special Ed company is seeking a Director of Title I. The Director of Title I plays a pivotal role in advancing their mission by leading and overseeing all Title I program-related activities. This position is responsible for managing a team, developing and implementing strategies, and collaborating with schools to enhance the quality of education for students receiving Title I .
Leadership and Strategy:
Develop and execute a strategic plan for Title I school services aligned with our organization’s mission and goals.
Provide leadership and direction to a team of professionals, including program managers and coordinators, to ensure the successful delivery of Title I services.
Lead the design and development of Title I programs and initiatives that meet the unique needs of schools and students .
Ensure that programs are research-based, data-driven, and aligned with state and federal guidelines.
Data Analysis and Evaluation:
Use data to assess the impact of Title I services, make data-driven decisions, and implement improvements as necessary.
Oversee the evaluation of program effectiveness and outcomes to ensure continuous improvement.
Compliance and Reporting:
Stay informed about federal and state regulations and ensure that Title I programs are compliant with all requirements.
A minimum of a master’s degree in education
Strong experience in educational leadership, program management, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in Title I or similar programs.
Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to Title I and other relevant educational policies.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships with schools
