Healthcare company seeking a Director of Operations to lead the day-to-day operations of their mobile diagnostics company, including managing a multi-million-dollar P&L, optimizing service levels, and directing recruiting targets for technicians.

Additionally, the Director of Operations will develop and implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency, adherence to policies and protocols, and drive performance. You will also scale and lead a high-performing team of field-focused and client-focused regional managers and technicians, focused on real-time management of our clinical operations and drive business excellence and provide a best-in-class user experience for our clients and patients.

The ideal candidate is as a problem solver, self-starter, multitasker, is business intelligent and an excellent and effective communicator.

Requirements:

Service related business past experience a must

Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Logistics, or a related field; MBA preferred.

7+ years of experience in operations and logistics management, with a track record of success in a complex and fast-changing industry.

Experience managing a P&L across multiple entities and geographies.

Demonstrated success in scaling and leading high-performing teams.

Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
