The candidate will lead a team of professionals to complete a wide range of services and duties. Candidate must possess excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
-Manage day-to-day operations.
-Provide inspired leadership for the department.
-Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
-Carry out effective, efficient operating and administrative policies.
-Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
-Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
-Prepare reports and documentation.
-Work closely supporting sales team efforts in building market share.
-Oversee department budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
-Work with senior stakeholders.
-Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
-Support team communication with the management team.

-3 years of operations experience.
