Compliance Manager will take the lead in keeping the company in compliance with all CMS guidelines or any other government industry guidelines pertaining to our operations. In addition, it will be their responsibility to maintain the company’s active contracts with all the Insurance Networks, including private and government funded as well as enroll the company in any new Insurance contracts as needed. Keep tab and tightly control all the Facility contracts for the company.

Obtain Business Operational licenses by following through on all details in conjunction with the process.
Keep the licenses in good standing on an ongoing basis
Keep close track of all the requirements linked to maintaining the above licenses.
Credentialing and contracting with insurance companies
Maintaining an active database with all the relevant information regarding our contracted insurance companies or potential insurance carriers.
Tracking and addressing any correspondence regarding contracting, credentialing, and pricing with any payor.
Create, review, and approve all the Facility contracts.
Keep a tight control in our database on all signed Facility contracts.
Update the contracts as needed.
Update the billing software on an ongoing basis to reflect the contract details.
Work with the onboarding team once contracts are signed.
