Job Description
Reconcile employees’ hours and invoices and process related bi-weekly and monthly payroll runs timely;
Record accounting transactions related to payroll, including but not limited to check numbers, check amounts, check dates;
Reconcile provider rates and invoices monthly to avoid payroll errors;
Facilitate the processing of all staff HR related requests or inquiries such as PFL forms, DBL forms, Employee Verification forms, and any requested letters;
Print payroll checks and accounts payable checks timely and deliver to employees as indicated;
Report to management to appraise management of any outstanding issues;
Communicate with department managers as directed by Employer;
Skills Required
Have a keen eye for numbers
Ability to work well with a team of talented staff at all levels
Detail oriented, with the mindset of seeing the task through to completion
